Twin Lakes Baseball Complex is a heavily used sports facility serving youth leagues, tournaments, and community events year-round. Southwest Sharks cleans the main building, roof, and common areas — soft-wash roof and building washing, pressure-washed walkways and gathering areas, and cleaning of restrooms and dugouts — all scheduled around games and events so the facility stays safe, functional, and welcoming.
The Challenge
Sports complexes accumulate dirt, mildew, and organic growth quickly on walkways, buildings, and high-use areas like restrooms and dugouts — conditions that create safety hazards and detract from the visitor experience. The facility needed a provider that could handle large outdoor common areas, keep walkways slip-resistant, and work around a busy schedule of games and events.
Our Approach
- Main building & roof cleaning — soft-wash roof cleaning and exterior building washing to remove organic growth and staining
- Sidewalk & common area cleaning — pressure washing walkways and gathering areas for safety and appearance
- Bathroom cleaning — exterior and entry-area cleaning of restroom facilities
- Dugout cleaning — thorough cleaning of dugouts and player areas affected by heavy use and weather
The Results
Walkways came out free of slippery buildup, buildings looked refreshed, and high-use areas like bathrooms and dugouts were restored to a clean, well-maintained condition — a better experience for players, families, and visitors, done without disrupting scheduled games.
