Our Process
Surface cleaning and prep
Oil, dirt, old coatings, and contaminants are removed with mechanical grinding and specialty removers so the epoxy can bond securely — this step alone prevents most peeling, bubbling, and delamination.
Crack repair
Cracks and pitting are patched and leveled as a standard part of prep, before any coating goes down.
Coating application
A durable epoxy base coat is applied in the finish you choose — flake, solid color, metallic, matte, or gloss.
Topcoat and cure
A protective topcoat is applied and given time to cure — light foot traffic is typically fine after 24 hours, with vehicle traffic after 48-72 hours.
