Our Process

  1. Surface cleaning

Pavers are pressure or soft washed to remove dirt, mold, weeds, and staining before sealing.

  2. Joint sanding

Fresh joint sand is swept in to fill gaps and stabilize the pavers.

  3. Sealer application

A solvent- or water-based sealer is applied to enhance color and lock in the joint sand.

  4. Final inspection

We check that joints are stabilized and sealer coverage is even before calling the job done.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much should it cost to seal my pavers?

Our published base rate is $1.25 per square foot; the final price depends on the pavers' condition, how much prep and joint-sand work is needed, and site access.

Is it worth it to seal your pavers?

Sealing protects color, locks in joint sand, and helps repel stains and weed growth — for most Florida properties it meaningfully extends how long pavers look good between major cleanings.

Should you seal pavers in Florida?

Yes — Florida's sun, rain, and humidity fade color and wash out joint sand faster than in drier climates, which is exactly what sealing is designed to protect against.

How much is paver sealing in Florida?

Rates vary by contractor and by job. Our own base rate is $1.25 per square foot, with a final quote after we've seen the pavers' condition and size.
