What Does Fence, Deck & Dock Washing Cost?

Pricing depends on:

  • Material — wood generally needs more care than composite
  • How much growth has established, which drives dwell time
  • Access and whether the dock is over water

Our Process

  1. Identify the material

Wood, composite and vinyl each take a different solution strength and pressure. We check before anything gets wet.

  2. Pre-wet and protect

Plants and adjacent surfaces are wetted down so cleaning solution cannot concentrate on them.

  3. Soft-wash and dwell

Solution is applied at low pressure and given time to work, rather than blasting the surface.

  4. Rinse and inspect

A controlled rinse, then a walk-round with you to check the shaded faces where growth starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will pressure washing damage my wood fence?

High pressure will — it splinters the surface and raises the grain. We soft wash wood instead, using a cleaning solution at low pressure so the fibres stay intact.

Can you clean a dock over the water?

Yes. We use cleaning solutions appropriate for working over water and control the rinse so runoff is managed.

Will the cleaning harm the plants around my deck or dock?

No — surrounding plants are pre-wetted before we start and rinsed down afterwards, so cleaning solution never gets a chance to concentrate on them.
